When I first started eating vegan, chickpea patties were one of my favorite things to make. Of course, eating vegan didn’t work for me; but I still prefer to eat as little meat as possible. Eating vegan also taught me to love sweet potatoes with spice. Lately I got to thinking, why not combine these two loves into one awesome patty?
