Let’s face it, breakfast food is basically the best food in the entire world. The meal that could be eaten for every meal and no one would complain. The thing that can get tough when it comes to fluffy breakfast pancakes, waffles and pastries is all the added white flours, sugars and creams.
Well, I’m happy to say, this recipe is the quickest, easiest, cleanest waffle recipe around!
There are also so many more healthy ways to top off these waffles instead of just store bought syrup. Our families two personal favorite ways are a berry mix or peanut butter and bananas with cinnamon and honey!
3 Ingredient Gluten Free Waffles
3 Cups gluten free oats,
2 Cups water,
Step 1. Pre-heat waffle iron. Spray or drizzle a little oil if needed.
Step 2. Blend all ingredients. All this stuff even fits into my trusty NutriBullet. I’m telling ya, not just for smoothies!
Step 3. Pour batter onto waffle iron. Close lid.
Step 4. When waffle iron light tells you they are done, they are done.
